President Barack Obama is topping 50 percent support in match-ups against each of the four Republican presidential candidates, a new poll finds.

In a general election contest against Mitt Romney, the president leads his Republican opponent 51 to 43 percent, according to an Associated Press-GfK survey on Wednesday. This demonstrates a significant lead for Obama compared to the December poll when the two were virtually tied at 47 to 46 percent.

Meanwhile, Obama would lead Rick Santorum 52 to 43 percent, Newt Gingrich 52 to 42 percent, and Ron Paul 53 to 44 percent.

Expect that number to get higher as the months tick past.

The GOP and their clowncar just can't find a position that is far enough right, and still have yet to figure out a way how to shift to center, to BS all the moderates and independents, without losing support of the radicals and extremists they are courting now.

All the president has to do is what he's always been doing - talking about getting this country prosperous TOGETHER.

Which message will the American people rather hear? I think the answer to that is obvious.....

The GOP and their clowncar just can't find a position that is far enough right,

Not only that... The representatives in the House (GOP).. have done nothing to help them.. there is nothing positive coming out of congress in the controlled GOP House... and the people are starting to realize who is obstructing their jobs...and the people know that they are passing taxpayer's money and giving it to people like Koch, Norquist, and others.. Once a party has reached bottom where they haven't helped the people.. it is very difficult to dig yourself out of it.. and the "clowncar" has nothing positive to spin from it.. Another reason why we see so much crapola coming out of them .. they are grasping at straws.. and having the state GOP coming up with many far fetched ideas.. In tandem between the GOP in D.C, and in the states.. it's a long climb...
